Chocolate Chip Cookie Dunkers

















I made this biscotto for the Belgians James works with last Thursday so that James could take it with him of Friday to work. Belgians love their coffee and I read that biscotto is meant to be dipped into coffee or hot chocolate. The kids and I tested it out on hot chocolate the night before and it really was quite delicious. I doubt any of the Belgians actually dipped it in their coffee but they were tasty all by themselves as well.
