2 Sweet

So here are the last of the card class examples. My Mother and I split them up and each did a few. I was a bit worried that these ones would be hard but I actually had a really fun time with this set.

Sweet Nothings

Okay so I can not take the credit for these beautiful card but I just want to say my Mother did a great job. She made this pack and I did the Sunshine Garden. I have my card class on the 21st of April and I wanted to have some examples with the kits that we are making. I have one more kit but I had a few more people sigh up for that one and I had to order another kit. My SU lady in the states is mailing it to me but I won't have it until next week. So I thought I better not use the kits I have in case the others don't get here in time. Let me know what you think!

Sunshine Garden

Here are the cards I made with the Sunshine Garden Simply scrapin' package. Some of them have stuff in the inside but most do not. You can look in my facebook account to see the pictures individually.

Beef Cabbage Roll-up

As many of you know I am always willing to try something new and these cabbage rolls are a bit of work but they were delicious. I think next time I will try them with sausage instead of the ground beef. I will tell you that I think you can halve the filling though since I had enough to make another 14 rolls. The tangy sauce was sweet and yummy. I think I might use about 1-1/2 cup tomato sauce and then 1/2c. ketchup, I also added some dijon mustard, gave it a nice tangy flavor.

Chicken Mushroom Melts

I am sorry I didn't think about taking a picture of this meal until after the last one had been eaten. But these little topless sandwich bites were delicious. They are suppose to be an appetizer but I just served them with a hearty salad and it was a great dinner. The recipe has a picture so you can see there how they look. They were quick and easy. I think I was able to get them prepared and on the table in about 35 minutes. Hope you get a chance to enjoy try them I am sure you will love them!
