Bacon Cheese Topped Chicken

Here is this week menu!

1. Hutsepot (A Belgian winter stew)
2. German Sausages
3. Pizza (every other Friday night we have Pizza Movie night at our house)
4. Roasted Chicken with Mashed Potatoes and Green beans
5. Mandarin Chicken Salad
6. Beef Enchiladas
7. Bacon Cheese Topped Chicken (pictured above)

In the bacon topped chicken I had cut the chicken breast in halve just so that I could made the two chicken breast I had stretch to feed my family so I think it would be prettier if you use the whole breast but these are delicious I have included the link to the recipe.
