If you haven't noticed we eat a green salad quite often since it is something my children eat really well. I usually have lettuce, shredded carrots, sliced red onion, mushrooms, and grated cheese on my salads. If occasion permits also like to have olives but that is not a common thing for us since pitted olives are hard to come by here in Belgium. I also like to put in small round tomatoes since James doesn't like tomatoes I can add these to a salad since they are not cut up and the kids and I can still eat them. Then of coarse ranch, that makes everything taste better!
