Lemony White Chocolate Cheesecake

I made this cheesecake a few weeks ago for play group and again today. It was heaven in every bite. I loved the lemon flavor, you really can't taste the white chocolate though. My oven is gas so I am never quite sure what temperature I am baking at but mine took 1 hour and 45 minutes to bake even though the recipe says to bake it 65 Min's to 1-1/2 hours.
