For her birthday I bought Miss Moo a cookbook in hopes to interest her more in eating her food. Eating food has been the biggest battle I have had to fight with this girl. I will admit I never guessed that getting my child to eat, something we all have to do to survive, would be one of my hardest tasks as a parent. The cookbook has many foods I know she will be unwilling to eat so we are starting with the ones I know she will like. James helped he make crepes first but I forgot to get a picture. So when we made these blueberry muffins I tried to take a few pictures. She did almost all the mixing, cracking, and pouring herself and I helped where she needed it. She was very proud of herself and ate several of the muffins. Will keep you posted to see how she continues to do.
